Daryl Selby is world ranked 11 and is the current British National Champion. Daryl went professional in 2004 but since 2009, he has made dramatic progress and broke into the World top ten in April 2010. He has won 10 PSA Tour Titles from 15 final appearances, including the 2010 Dutch Open, the 2010 Rocky Mountain Open in Calgary and the 2011 Comfort Inn Open in Vancouver. With an impressive PSA World Series tournament record, he has beaten most of the top ranked players in the world, notably current world number 1 Nick Matthew in becoming the 2011 British National Champion.
He is also firmly established as part of the England Team with 26 junior caps and 20 senior caps to date. He was part of the Commonwealth Games team in 2010, has won the European team championships 3 times and has been selected for the upcoming World Team Championships in Germany.
As one of the fittest and most talented players on the Tour, he is a natural entertainer, popular with both fans and fellow professionals all around the world. Bright, articulate and a talented sportsman; Daryl is a graduate of Loughborough University and has a large and loyal following of junior and senior squash fans.
